About

Rebound Health Service LLC

About the Founder

Richard Mokua, DNP

With 15 years of service in the Army Reserve and over 17 years in healthcare, I have witnessed firsthand how traditional healthcare systems often leave many individuals behind. Veterans, underserved communities, and people of color frequently struggle with access and quality care. Recognizing this gap, I founded Rebound Health Service—a clinic designed to bridge these disparities and offer comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare tailored to those who need it most. At Rebound Health Service, we prioritize longer visit times, preventive care, and personalized treatment plans. We are more than just a healthcare provider—we are a trusted partner in our patients’ health journeys, offering compassionate, holistic, and high-quality care to individuals who have historically been overlooked by mainstream medical services.

Experience and Qualifications

I bring a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a leadership focus, alongside master’s degrees in Nursing and Food Science & Nutrition. My career spans diverse healthcare settings, equipping me with the expertise to lead Rebound Health Service LLC effectively.
